Carole joined the practice in 2000 and is responsible for the accounting team and is an integral part of the business. Carole prepares all financial statements including the year end service charge accounts for submission to accountants. She controls the rental income from all commercial properties dealing directly with landlords and banks. Carole ensures that all financial transactions are carried out swiftly, diligently, and within the RICS guidelines.

Joining the team in 2011, Sabra is our part-time accounts assistant. Sabra works within the accounts department, inputting data, allocating cheque payments, filing and archiving. Her bubbly personality is missed in the days that she does not work.

Diana has been with us since 2007 and is the accounts administrator. She reconciles the bank accounts, makes supplier and contractors payments and ensures that all service charges are paid up-to-date. Her meticulous and thorough approach is essential which ensures we have an excellent track record in collecting payments with minimal arrears across our clients’ portfolio.

Joining the team in July 2017, Laura is the administrative assistant and is often the first to take your call. She also prepares mailings and ensures the records are kept up-to-date. Supporting the busy team, Laura is vital to the smooth running of the department.
