BACKGROUND

Monument House comprises a 13,000 ft² multi-let office building comprising a mix of tenants with both’ long-term leases with and service charge provisions and those with shorter term licences on rents which are inclusive of building maintenance. We are responsible for collection of all rent’s, maintenance and administration of the service charge. This is a complex instruction because of the differing nature of the tenants and their contributions towards the maintenance. As the building is approximately 30 years old there are the ongoing maintenance requirements to deal with and also upgrade works to ensure the that the building is maintained to a suitable standard for modern office occupiers.
